After back-to-back failures at Quinte+ level, AIGUIERE D'ARGENT (1) bounced back with a reassuring 5th in a Clairefontaine handicap recently and a repeat of that performance could suffice in his bid to preserve a 100% Le Croise-Laroche record. PORTRERO (3) is also somewhat of a course specialist and seems best equipped to threaten the selection's unblemished record at this venue. DRUIDE (2), competitive at this level off his current mark, last-start winner COEUR DE ROUME (7), even under a 2,5kg penalty, and MI C'INFILO (5), who races for new connections, appeal most of the remainder.
