Verdict
A quality mare with solid references at this level, JOLIE SURPRISE (11) showed her form at Vincennes earlier in the month and debuts at Cagnes with every chance of making it a winning one. She will however be pitted against IRU FUSHI (14) who is plainly close to his race, and IRISH NICE ELGE (15) who now has 2 races under his belt. JOB DU PERSIL (6) steps up in category but is 25m better off and David Bekaert will be keen to make hay.
