The Fairyhouse runner up Mossy Way sets a solid standard and should be thereabouts with the step up to this trip likely to suit. The Gordon Elliott pair Road Exile and Fortunes Told are respected, as are I Started A Joke for last year's winning yard and Khmer who ran so well at Leopardstown on Thursday. However, Eric McNamara has been amongst the winners at this meeting already and it might be worth taking a chance on his newcomer L'EVANGELISTE. The form of his point-to-point win is working out nicely, he may have been targeted at this race and he is related to a host of Rules winners. [Dave Stephens]
