In an open conditions hurdle, where a large portion of the runners are unraced it may pay to side with AIR FORCE TWO (5) who has experience and is a winner on the flat. He made an encouraging debut over hurdles last month and is preferred over ALI PACHA (4), who was third on March 1st at Argentan over hurdles, and looks the type to continue progressing. LAZULI DE KERZA (9) is making her debut and looks the part on breeding. MONT VIREEN (2) is also worth considering.

MARCELINE DESJY (9) was victorious last time after a string of bad runs. She is hard to assess but cannot be ignored. OASIS BAY (5) was a winner four starts back and has a fair place chance here. PRINCESS KARA (11) is a must for the quartet and could represent some fair value.

JACASSE CAMARA (4) has no fitness concerns and showed promise with a solid third over fences at Angers in mid-February, making her a likely threat. She placed 7th in a Handicap at Fontainebleau on the 14th of March but is better judged on what she showed last year and is a worthy selection. DALAKIR (1) showed tremendous improvement at the second time of asking and with surely, more to come, can go very close.
