Back down in distance with cheekpieces fitted, NEXT TRICK could well build on her reappearance effort and get off the mark. Midsummer Music (second choice) and Ashford Hill tie in with the selection, while Mammy warrants respect on the back of a win.[Steve Boow]

Ex-Irish maiden who started favourite and ran creditably in 1m handicap here last week on debut for new yard, while shaping as if this return to 7f will suit; possibilities off same mark, provided she takes to first-time cheekpieces.
Took well to first-time cheekpieces here (1m) last month, opening her account; unable to follow up last week but ran respectably and ties in with two of these rivals on that effort; has 7f form; could go well in the retained headgear.
Off the mark in Class 6 contest over 7f at Chelmsford (back from absence) two weeks ago, making a positive start to her 2025 campaign; may remain competitive, having gone back up just 2lb.
Something to find on her form this winter, modest third in a fairly weak Class 6 event at Chelmsford most recently; resurgent display would put her in the picture off last winning mark, however.
Below-par favourite at Wolverhampton nine days ago, perhaps feeling the effects of a busy spell; generally in great form (over 1m-1m2f) otherwise this winter, winning three times; drop back to 7f poses a question mark.
All successes in turf sprints but her recent 7f AW form includes a couple of respectable efforts; competitively treated, having gained the last two wins off this mark.
Belied her 125-1 odds with 7f success at Lingfield on stable debut; hasn't quite repeated that form since but ran respectably, splitting Next Trick and Midsummer Music, at this course most recently; not ruled out.
