CALANTHA has won twice and finished second in her other two races. She is obviously above average and needs to be taken seriously, even if meeting males on her local debut. CONNERY has been proving hard to catch and is looking to make it six wins on the bounce. He could pull it off. Watch out for BOURBON WARRIOR who is unbeaten over the course and distance and has now been gelded. Like CONNERY, he looks to have also drawn on the right side of the track. GOOD TRAVELLER was well backed and came back to best last time. He must not be taken lightly along with KALAHARI ROLLER.
