Cooperation ran well at Southwell ten days ago and holds solid claims in a race lacking depth. This isn't sure to be run at a frenetic pace though and Nevernay and Global Effort, two of the likelier pace angles, can feature prominently. ZAMAN DAAR is more speculative but he won a Windsor handicap off this mark last summer and his reappearance seven weeks ago was more encouraging than the bare figures might imply. His yard have had a couple of recent winners and he could take a good step forward.[Paul Smith]
