Topweight MAN OF THE SEA was not seen to best effect when ridden patiently in a small field at Hereford this month but has pretty solid claims here if judged on his second at Taunton two starts ago. Recent Worcester winner Dirty Den ought to go well again, while it will be very interesting to observe the market interest behind Junior Des Bordes and Jewel Of Windsor, who are both very unexposed.[Chris Wilson]

Multiple Flat/hurdle winner, mainly in Jarsey; ran well in defeat in better race than this at Taunton (2m3f, good to firm) last month and did not enjoy a favourable tactical scenario when last of four (not beaten far) on latest outing; suited by this C&D; good chance.
Close third of five in good-ground junior hurdle for Nigel Twiston-Davies in October 2022; not seen since a lesser effort the following month but remains very unexposed and good market support will make him of strong interest before this stable/handicap debut.
Largely consistent 5yo who kept on well to open hurdling account at Worcester (2m, good; refitted hood) this month, his 11th attempt; 5lb rise demands more from him here but he ought to give another good account.
Unexposed 6yo who showed significant ability in points/bumpers when based in Ireland; safely held when 40-1 for recent stable/handicap debut but that was her first run since September and it wil be interesting to see whether she's stronger in the betting today.
2-20 over hurdles; put in good front-running shift before weakening into fifth at Ffos Las (2m4f, good) this month and may benefit from today's drop back in trip but others in the line-up have more appealing profiles.
Ran quite well when sixth at Newton Abbot (2m2f, good) for Adam West last summer and had excuse when well beaten on subsequent Flat starts (struck into), but this stable debut comes after a ten-month absence.
