Jubilant
Came from off the pace for quite stylish hurdle win at Huntingdon (3m1f, good to soft; first-time tongue-tie) in February but has not built on that performance since; wore cheekpieces when last of five at Plumpton (3m1f, good) last month; goes without headgear on chase debut; has a point to prove.

Halondo
Hurdle winner for Olly Murphy in 2023; well beaten on consecutive starts for Harriet Dickin at start of this year and made low-key stable debut last month but sports first-time cheekpieces for this chasing debut and may yet come good for Dan Skelton.

Just Three
Irish raider; 0-10 over fences and has same strike-rate over hurdles; not favoured by the weights when well-beaten last of three in recent Killarney beginners' chase and has better chance in this handicap but his record over the last year or so is not compelling.

Ghost Hunter
Inexplicably swerved left and ran out here on stable/chase debut in March but made amends at Chepstow (3m2f, good; first-time cheekpieces/tongue-tie) last month, where he was held up a long way off the pace before keeping on strongly to lead after the last fence; only 2lb higher today and could still have a lot more to offer.
