Alyanaabi
Group 3 winner as a 2yo, when also second in the Group 1 Dewhurst; matched that form when fifth in the 2,000 Guineas and St James's Palace on his first two outings last year but his campaign ended with below-par efforts over 1m2f and 1m1f; gelded ahead of this reappearance back down in trip; bold show assured if anywhere near his best.

Annaf
Bagged a big prize over this trip in Saudi at the beginning of 2024; has failed to match that very smart RPR since, including only sixth in this year's running of that Saudi race, but even the level he achieved when placed in AW Listed races this winter would make him very competitive here.

Array
Group 2 winner on heavy ground as a juvenile but well behind Alyanaabi in the Dewhurst on his final 2yo start and not seen again until 4l third in a Thirsk conditions race (7f, good) four weeks ago; entitled to come on for the run; going firmer than good would be an unknown.

Kikkuli
Looked an exciting prospect when narrowly denied in last year's Jersey at Royal Ascot (7f, good to firm) on just his fourth start; that made his three subsequent defeats (including fourth to Tiber Flow in Hungerford at Newbury) a little underwhelming but no surprise were he to bounce back with a bang on reappearance for a stable in very good form.

Tiber Flow
Won Group 3 John of Gaunt over C&D last June and returned to form to land Group 2 Hungerford at Newbury (7f, good to firm; Kikkuli fourth) two months later; probably unsuited by very testing ground when well held in French Group 1 final start; escapes a penalty for those Group wins but he's taken a couple of runs to find his best form in the last two seasons.
