A competitive race. Last year's winner Kings Time is preferred by Foley but he'll need a big career best to repeat the trick off his current mark. His stablemate Serialise is also a C&D winner and she could go well. Mallavelly is considered but it might be worth taking a chance on last year's third CHEERS AGAIN. He's 2lb lower now, he's race fit and soft ground was a valid excuse for his last run. Ohailbhic has dropped to a dangerous mark and is worth monitoring closely in the market. [Dave Stephens]

Four-time winner on turf; narrowly prevailed in a premier handicap at Leopardstown (7f, good) last September off 93; ran well in a C&D listed race back in August; won first time up last year but she's 15lb higher for her return this time; career best required.
2-12 on turf; beaten just 0.5l on final start of 2024 in a 7f Curragh handicap off 90; raced too keenly when well beaten off 92 on seasonal comeback at Naas (7f, sft-hvy); down 1lb, cheekpieces go on and this ground will suit better; place claims.
Won three of his ten starts last season, including two on turf at Leopardstown (1m1f, gd-yld) off 82 and at the Curragh (7f, good) off 3lb higher; off since good second off 89 at Dundalk in October; career high mark now and he lacks a run; will need to be at his best to win this on his return.
One of two for yard; two-time turf winner, including this race off 81 on his seasonal reappearance in 2024, though there was a lot more prize money on offer last year; struggled off revised mark subsequently and remains 8lb higher than that win on his return; preferred by Foley but may be on a tough mark.
Three-time AW winner has yet to score on turf but one of his best runs came in this last year when a 2.25l third behind Kings Time off 87; lacked a run that day but is racefit after two runs this time and is 2lb lower; well beaten on soft latest but has ground to suit here; interesting.
Second runner for yard; won a 1m maiden on seasonal reappearance last year at Naas; scored in a C&D handicap off 80 on good to firm in August; ran well off this mark in a valuable handicap at Leopardstown a month later and off since; looks the stable second string on jockey bookings but not discounted.
1-9 on turf for James Owen, the win coming in a 7f Brighton maiden on good; previously ran well in a 7f Newmarket handicap off 86 and is 1lb lower here; should strip fitter for stable debut on unsuitable ground at Limerick last month; could go well at a price.
Failed to win in nine turf starts for Jane Chapple-Hyam and sold for 68,000gns; off the mark on debut for this stable in a 1m Dundalk maiden in late March in first time hood and tongue-tie (retained); career high mark on return to handicap company but she's well-bred so there could be more to come; claims.
AW maiden winner is 0-5 on turf but was unlucky in defeat a couple of times last season at Naas (6f, good) off 84 in May and over the same C&D (good) off the same mark in June; returns off 4lb lower and has been gelded; capable off this mark if fit for his return; check the market.
