For sheer consistency over C&D Enderman takes some beating but several of these are capable of winning. Calafrio (second choice) looks a good candidate to go well after finishing second at Thirsk and Sonmarg is not ruled out back on turf. Thunderous Love would have good claims if she can run to her recent AW form but she was rather up and down last year and preference is for ZAMAN DAAR, who likes fast ground and had a luckless run at Brighton recently.[Emily Weber]

AW maiden and lightly raced on turf (1-7; 6f novice) but well treated if recapturing a close second of ten at Goodwood (7f, good) last June and hopefully will get more early cover from this draw than at Kempton in March when he pulled hard early; possibilities.
Had been threatening to win a race and that day came at Wolverhampton (6f) in February; has run creditably in defeat since and it's not impossible he'll be suited by this surface, the one previous attempt being over 1m on soft.
Had the odd excuse in 2024 but she was suited by the drop to 6f when winning at Salisbury (soft) last May and handled good ground perfectly well when coming from off the pace into second at Brighton in September; looked in good heart when making a successful comeback on Southwell AW (6f) this month; 4lb higher mark within reach if in the same form again.
Two sprint wins on turf (heavy/good to soft); looks to have his share of weight but he carried some good AW efforts back to turf at Leicester (6f, good) on Saturday and was down to run in the 2.00 Ayr yesterday.
Suited by quick turf and he won a shade cosily at Windsor (6f, good to firm) last June; has rarely had his conditions since but he was hampered at Brighton (6f, good to firm) recently and remains of interest.
Three wins at 5f on AW, the latest in October; in good form at 6f of late with headgear left off but he's 0-23 on turf and it's a long time since he ran over this trip on grass.
0-14 on turf; 7lb lower than when fourth over C&D (soft) under Kyle McHugh in October but mixed since and wasn't at his best when last seen in February; drying ground could be on the quick side, too.
Off the mark in 6f classified at Thirsk (good to firm) in August and had two close calls on AW when cheekpieces first fitted in the autumn; can find another race judged on recent Thirsk run (6f, good) when, after seeing off her group, she was run down late; up 2lb and in deeper here but respected.
Well held on return at Leicester but you can set your clock by him over C&D, as he's won and been placed in all eight attempts, on ground ranging from good to firm to heavy; has eased a few pounds and solid to go well.
