She does not look the most straightforward but MORROPHORE surely brings potential too on this first attempt at 1m2f, having moved clear in the end in a 9.4f maiden and then found her stride too late in a 1m handicap. It will be interesting to see her market strength this time, after she drifted from 6-1 to 9-1 on that latest outing. All of her rivals bring some interest but Rock Camelot is feared most as a lightly raced 3yo.[Richard Austen]

Improved for step up in trip when easily landing a 9.4f novice at Wolverhampton (AW) in October; she's inclined to carry her head high and also flashed her tail on handicap debut at Southwell (AW; weak 9-1) 13 days ago under Luke Catton but the return to 1m was also clearly against her as she finished strongly to be a close third of eight; catches the eye today at 1m2f.
Five of her six wins were at Brighton and the latest was in May 2023; on the premises most starts in 2024 (nearly all 1m2f) for Marcus Tregoning and her new yard is in good form, so she could be seriously involved again.
Reliable sort who was 3-21 for Roger Teal, with last season's win at Bath (11.6f) in September off 4lb lower than today; exposed and seemingly needs to find a bit extra on this first start for new stable.
Sole win (nine races) was a 1m maiden on good to firm at Nottingham last August; rather mixed in her five handicaps since, with two minor honours over 1m2f on AW; sold out of the Cole yard for 20,000gns in January and behind at Newcastle (7f, AW; 18-1) three weeks ago; tongue tied last four starts; now hooded as well and back up in trip.
Has popped up in front where it matters once in each of the last four years, doing it smoothly this March over 1m4f on Wolverhampton AW; close third at Kempton (AW) one week later and she ran to a similar level in one of her turf races (good to firm) last term, so she's in serious contention for a second win in this campaign.
Four starts, easily her shortest price when always-prominent second of nine on handicap debut at Wetherby (1m2f, good to firm) 13 days ago and that's her best form; up just 1lb, still in need of improvement but she's a lightly raced 3yo who should still be open to progress.
