The returning cheekpieces and drop back in trip could be major positives for TEES GEORGE and he can make a winning return. Swift Salian reappeared with a promising fourth at Musselburgh recently and is second choice. The very lightly raced 4yo Bellasio is one to watch in the betting.[Ben Hutton]

Beaten 11 times since his last win in August 2023 but he's dropped down the weights and was a fair fourth at Wolverhampton (8.6f, AW) three weeks ago on his first run since wind surgery; could be in the mix.
Won off this mark at Chelmsford (7f, AW) last October on final outing for Marco Botti; however, he's been below that level on AW on his four starts since and arrives with something to prove.
Just one win from his 16 starts but some fair efforts last year and he ran well when fourth of 13 on his recent reappearance at Musselburgh (1m, good); that latest performance puts him high on the list today.
Well beaten last October when last seen but that was over 1m3f; prior to that he won comfortably at Beverley (8.4f, good) on his sole previous run in these cheekpieces and he could play a leading role on his comeback.
His mark continues to fall but this 10yo struggled to get competitive in the first half of last year and was well beaten at Doncaster last month when back from an absence.
Seven-race maiden who didn't really shine in handicaps last autumn, but she ran okay when sixth of 11 at Newcastle (1m, AW) last October when last seen and continues to drop down the weights; might not be far away.
Beaten a long way on handicap debut at Ripon (1m, good) last June and absent since; however, he was sent off at just 13-2 and had shown some promise previously; it will be interesting to see if his backers return.
Mixed form on his final few runs last season and this 9yo makes his reappearance today; however, he's a C&D winner who is 5lb lower than when scoring at Redcar last May, and is not ruled out.
Two wins at Musselburgh (1m1f/1m, good) last summer and he ended the campaign in good heart (denied a clear run at Newcastle when last seen); he's a player if at the top of his game on this reappearance.
